I was concerned about the timing of the release for a new/updated Firefox logo. I thought that it would be best to wait for the release of Firefox 4, but it's in the works now and I fully support it.

The most recent logo concept (http://blog.mozilla.com/faaborg/2009/05/17/new-firefox-icon-concept-rendering-by-stephen-horlander/) is the best yet (imo), but it still has a long way to go before I would place it on my web sites and wear it on a t-shirt.

In any event, it's just great that Mozilla opens up things like this to the public especially for something so very significant as a new logo that represents their flagship product.
